The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Working on legacy Openreach networks providing Fibre connectivity to the external of customers properties
  • Working at heights and in the underground network
  • Splicing fibre at multiple points
  • Working to client and company Quality, Safety & Health processes and procedures

To be successful in this role you must:

  • Have the drive and desire to succeed
  • Be experienced working on the Openreach legacy Fibre network
  • Hold or have held the following industry recognised accreditations:
  • J001 – External Fibre Quality
  • J005 – Fibre Drop Cable
  • N008 – FTTP Manifold Construction
  • N009 – FTTP Jointing & Fibre Management
  • N022 – One Fibre Network FTTP L2C Provision
  • Streetworks unit 2 – Signing, lighting & guarding
  • Be able to work on your own or part of a wider team
  • Be computer literate
  • Have the ability to manage your day
  • Hold a full UK driving licence for 12 months and a maximum of 6 points
    Be prepared to work away from home
    If you meet all the criteria you will receive:

OTE £150 per day
5 day working
A company vehicle with a fuel card provided (business use only)
Hotel accommodation when working away from home. Breakfast and evening meal allowance included.
